Craig A. Stanfield Real Estate & Auction Services is a full-service auction and real estate business established in 2000. Craig A. Stanfield is a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer, who was first licensed (and has been licensed continually since) in the real estate and auction business since 1984. In 2000, he started his own business after working for another firm for 16 years. in 2003, Craig won the title of Kentucky State Champion Auctioneer. A member of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, the Pioneer Trace Board of Realtors (as well as the National Association of Realtors and the Kentucky Association of Realtors), Craig has twice sold properties consisting in excess of 1,000 acres in area, and has successfully marketed real estate to the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Lewis County Fiscal Court.
